DaysRing（以下「本アプリ」）は、sheepboy（以下「開発者」）が提供する iOS アプリケーションです。本ポリシーでは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについてご説明します。
本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を収集、送信、または外部サーバーに保存することはありません。すべてのデータ（トラッカー情報、設定、プレミアム状態など）はお使いのデバイス内にのみ保存されます。
本アプリはバックエンドサーバーを持たず、インターネット通信を行いません。ただし、App 内課金（In-App Purchase）の処理において、Apple のサーバーとの通信が発生します。この通信は Apple が管理しており、開発者がアクセスすることはできません。
本アプリでは、プレミアム機能のアンロックのために Apple の In-App Purchase を使用します。課金の処理はすべて Apple が行い、開発者がお支払い情報にアクセスすることはありません。
本アプリは、広告 SDK、分析ツール、トラッキング技術を一切使用していません。
本アプリは、13 歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
本ポリシーは予告なく変更される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページにて更新します。
DaysRing は、繰り返し訪れるイベントやサイクルの経過率をリアルタイムで可視化する iOS アプリです。
本アプリをダウンロードまたは使用することにより、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリの使用をお控えください。
本アプリのすべてのコンテンツ、デザイン、コードは開発者に帰属します。無断での複製、改変、再配布は禁止されています。
プレミアム機能は買い切り型の App 内課金により提供されます。購入は Apple ID に請求されます。返金については Apple のポリシーに準じます。
本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。開発者は、本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じるいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。データの正確性、完全性、適時性について保証するものではありません。
本規約は予告なく変更される場合があります。変更後も本アプリを継続して使用された場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

DaysRing is an iOS application provided by sheepboy. This policy explains how information is handled within the App.
The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers. All data (tracker information, settings, premium status, etc.) is stored exclusively on your device.
The App does not have a backend server and does not perform internet communication. However, communication with Apple servers occurs during In-App Purchase processing. This communication is managed by Apple and is not accessible to the Developer.
The App uses Apple In-App Purchase system to unlock premium features. All payment processing is handled by Apple, and the Developer does not have access to your payment information.
The App does not use any advertising SDKs, analytics tools, or tracking technologies.
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
This policy may be updated without prior notice. Significant changes will be reflected on this page.
DaysRing is an iOS application that visualizes the progress of recurring events and cycles in real time.
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.
All content, design, and code of the App belong to the Developer. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution is prohibited.
Premium features are provided through a one-time In-App Purchase. Purchases are charged to your Apple ID. Refunds are subject to Apple policies.
The App is provided as-is. The Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App. No guarantees are made regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data.
These terms may be updated without prior notice. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
